200ml of Magnesium Oil.
The best way to receive magnesium is trans-dermally.
Magnesium Oil for some can sting a little or feel itchy at first, for kids the soles of the feet are the best place to spray as they don't feel it there. Generally if it happens the sting/itch is due to being low in Magnesium and as levels improve this should go away.
You can now also get a magnesium re-fill option, perfect if you already have a bottle of ours or your own. Glass with a metal screw lid.
Love magnesium in this form, easy to use and seems to help with sleep and restless legs at night
Magnesium oil is one of the product we love from dirty Hippie me and my husband everyday we used it and when my girls have tummy pain I spray to them too or can't sleep. Highly recommended.
I haven't noticed a massive difference, but it's atill early days (and I regularly forget to use it). But it looks good, smells good, and goes on easy. (I'd just really recommend not getting an itchy eye and rubbing the eye right after applying this product 🤦)
Magnesium Oil (Vegan)
I purchased this spray for my children (6 and 3) who both get really bad growing pains. We have a ritual of spraying their feet before bed. It seems to work well, along with knee, calf, foot massage.
The spray top is an effective way of controlling the amount used and I can't see us finishing this huge bottle any time soon, so very good value.
