Shipping
Shipping within New Zealand is at the flat rate of $5 per order, or $8 for rural (we subsidise this, please do not choose the non rural option if you are indeed rural as this costs us a lot extra). Shipping is free if you spend $75 or over.
Orders are sent via Courier Post and usually arrive overnight. Rural may take longer. You can choose from signature required or request your parcel to be left without a signature. If you opt for no signature we are not responsible should your parcel be stolen from your home.
Australian Postage is $10 flat rate untracked, or $20 tracked.
International shipping is a flat rate of $22. It can take between 5 - 28 working days. This is untracked and we are not responsible for any lost items nor can we track them once they have left.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with the purchase you have made, as long as the items are unopened and unused you can return them for refund or exchange within 5 working days of receiving. Postage costs will not be refunded or your cost to return the items. If item is faulty or sent in error we will cover any postage cost to return said items. We do not accept return on opened or used items unless faulty.
